STATEMENT Pursue Excellence as a Professional: How you do anything is how you do everything. Operational Excellence- Flight discipline is the cornerstone of how we do business. Training Excellence- Set the standard for the MH-60R fleet as we train the pilots, aircrew and maintenance personnel of tomorrow. Maintenance Excellence- Practice strict maintenance discipline and procedural compliance to produce the fleet’s safest and most mission capable aircraft. Pursue Excellence as a Person You are the best of the best and only getting better. Personal Growth- Pursue improving your education, professional skills and qualifications, fitness and other areas that will make you a better person. Conduct- On and off duty, honor yourself, your squadron mates and the U.S. Navy by making good decisions and treating others with respect.
